| well i made it through this week with no serious damage. i somehow managed to pass all of my tests, i think. the only one i don't know about yet is my geology practical and i have to wait until wednesday to find out about that one. the real shocker was i got a 100 on my business analysis test! and then a 93 on my accounting test and an 84 on my sociology test, not as high as i would have liked, but good enough. so even with all the stress it's turned out to be a pretty good week. now that i don't have anymore tests for awhile, i'm going to start thinking about my application for the honors program. then after next week is spring break, i can't wait!!
last night we went over to jenny's house for lasagna and american idol, then we came back to our apartment and played apples to apples for a long time. it was a fun night.
now we're back in the woodlands. alex took the car to get serviced and riley's taking a nap so i have a little time to relax. i just watched the tape of lost from wednesday night, and i think that show may be getting a little too weird for me.
no really big plans for this weekend. except we might go back up to huntsville on saturday after alex gets off work so we can go to the last basketball game against SFA. if we don't go, we'll probably just hang around here with my family until sunday afternoon and then head back up. but i think thats all, i hope everyone's doing well! |

| well it has been forever since i updated. i've been pretty busy lately. right now i'm in the computer lab on campus waiting for alex to get out of class so we can get advised for summer and fall classses. hopefully it won't be too bad of a wait. that's why we're going so early, and so we can figure out our summer plans. we know for sure we'll be living in huntsville, but we're hoping to find a job up here too so that we won't have to go back to the woodlands every weekend. next week is going to be a pretty crazy week for me. i have a test on monday and two quizzes and then on wednesday i have 3 tests, one of them is my geology lab practical. it is not going to be fun. its fill in the blank of identifying 25 rocks and their characteristics. i'm not looking forward to that at all.riley's doing good. he's getting so big. when we took him for his 15 mos. check up in january he was 30 lbs and 34 in. he's growiing so fast. he's starting to get to be more and more fun every day. he's learning to talk more so he can say more than just ball and dog now, but not much more. he's learned to say no and point which is cute but not too fun for us when we try to tell him not to do something. maybe when i get home i'll post some more recent pictures if any of you are interested, or just check out my facebook, there's quite a few on there. we got a gift subscription to netyflix for christmas and have been enjoying it very much. alex and i just watched cinderella man and it was quite good. but alex is done now, so i'm off to go meet him. hope everyone is doing well!! |

| Riley finally got his first haircut on Saturday. He looks so cute and grown up now, but i do miss all of his beautiful curls.
